If inde the Metropol Liquorice root very good. Great taste and not to sweet.
The can is not stylish in any way, and i find it very big. |

I love Metropol Lakrits too.
Absolutely wonderful snus.
Although I think people who don't naturally like liquorice (licorice??) on its own (as candy) might be in for a shock.
Plus it's a pretty difficult snus to roll into a pris as it doesn't clump together very well. |

I normally only use this as portion.
I have tried the Bacco Liquorice loose that is easier to make a pris.
But you have absolutlly right i also think thats people that don't like liquorice might get a chok  |

Well I hate liqourice, so I'll stay clear? I'm guessing this flavour is popular in Sweden/Finland? I know they love Salmiakki (a liqourice sweet) in Finland.

Lakrits/Salmiak/Licorice, different words for the same thing AFAICT.
I think Salmiak (in Dutch) was the name for ammonium chloride. Just like sodium hydroxide was called lye.
Here in Holland it's called "Drop" and it's our national candy. You have no idea just how many varieties we have here to choose from. People eat many pounds of it every year.
I love the taste but I'm simply not a candy junkie. So I can get a huge craving for licorice and buy a bag. After having about five pieces I'll start to get queasy and put it away  |

hmmm - i've got a can of Metropol Likoratsrot waiting for me... I've got a can of Mocca Anis to finish first!
Personally, Mocca has become one of my favorite brands so far.
