The best way is to bring it back on one of cruise ships from Sweden as there are no security/custom checks. You can also buy it in bulk on the actual ships. The obvious downside is that you have to be on a cruise/going to Sweden for this to work out.
If you know the right people, snus is available in Finland, even though this is illegal.

Snus is banned in all EU countries apart from Sweden and Norway. Apparently it's not illegal to use it in Finland (I don't know about other countries), so it's kind of still accessible. Thank goodness Finland is Sweden's neighbour! _________________ Snus of choice: CatchDry Eucalyptus

We've a same situation here in Estonia. It's illegal to sell it but u can use it...so the best way to get snus is to visit Sweden by ship or order it from webshops. Can't complain  |
